MORPHO-FUNCTIONAL STATUS OF GOBLET CELLS AND CHANGES IN THE COLONIC MICROBIOTA DURING OBESITY IN RATS

Changes between the main types of mucins in goblet cells and colonic microbiota obese rats were studied. As result, percentage neutral, neutral-acidic sialomucins increases. acidic-neutral sulfomucins decreases. At same time, Bifidobacterium lactose-fermenting E. coli (sucrolytic bacteria) decreases feces. mannitol-negative staphylococci (transient microbiota) Clostridium, Staphylococcus aureus yeast-like fungi Candida does not change.
